Analysis

I will identify your specific fitness needs and create a plan for you to efficiently and effectively achieve your desired results.

Customized Planning

My customized training plans are tailored to meet your specific goals, while maximizing results and minimizing injuries.

Coaching

As your coach, i ensure that you execute each exercise properly to maximize results and minimize injury. I also ensure that you do the right amount of each exercise — too little won’t bring about change, and too much will slow down your rate of improvement.

Research

I take pride in keeping up to speed on the latest science and technology information associated with health, exercise science and nutrition.

Results Measurement

Every 4-12  weeks (depending on your program), I provide a comprehensive progress report that shows your individual progress relative to your specific health and fitness goals. During your workout sessions, I not only give you exercise-specific direction, but also explain the reasons behind my methods so you’ll know exactly what we’re doing and why.

Accountability

Most importantly, I demand accountability. To bring real change, you need a personal fitness coach who is directly responsible for your success in the program. I demand accountability — not unkindly, but firmly — because it is necessary for success. Success is my business and i take achieving your health and fitness goals seriously. I plan and organize your workouts so that all you need to do is come into the studio ready to work.

Meal Plan

Health not only encompasses the foods that we eat, but also how we are feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally. One of the key components to improving health and eating habits is proper planning. When healthy, nutrient-dense meals and snacks are planned out ahead of time, you can enjoy the rest of your week knowing that you’ll be fueling your body well. Meal planning is an easy, cost-effective process that will save time and improve your nutrition. The Lionlamb Personal Training Meal Plan guides you in what foods to eat and how often to eat based on your specific dietary needs. These meal plans make it easy to shop, prepare, and enjoy each day’s meals while still eating healthily. These weekly meal plans include:

  • Meals planning for 7 days
  • Recipes for healthy meals
  • Nutritional information for each meal
  • Shopping lists

I started working out with Durek at Lion Lamb PT in July 2016, at that time I was an insulin dependant type 2 diabetic.  I was unhappy with my body and my health. I was scared to walk through doors, scared of being judged and scared I wouldn't be able to do what he asked of me...but was the best decision ever!  Durek welcomed me with a smile and made me feel comfortable within minutes.  I signed up for 3 days a week, and it was the hardest thing I have ever done, but Durek stayed by my side giving me all the advice and encouragement I needed! September 9, 2016 is a day I won't easily forget, it's the day my doctor took me off the insulin! Durek is committed to my health more then I am some days!
